Voice and Call Data: When you interact with your AI agent via phone, we process the audio of your calls. This includes:
- Speech-to-text transcriptions of your conversations
- Call metadata (duration, timestamps, caller ID)
- Conversation transcripts and context used to improve your agent's responses
SMS Data: We process SMS messages you send to or receive from your agent, including message content, timestamps, and phone numbers.
Connected Service Data: When you authorize third-party services (e.g., Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack) through OAuth, we store access tokens to perform actions on your behalf. We do not store your passwords for these services.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you use our service, including feature usage, voice minutes consumed, and interaction patterns.

These providers process data as necessary to deliver their respective services. We select providers with strong data protection practices and contractual safeguards.
4. Voice and SMS Consent
By using our service, you consent to receiving voice calls and SMS messages from your AI agent at the phone number you provide. This includes:
- Inbound and outbound voice calls with your AI agent
- SMS messages containing service information, authorization links, and agent communications
- Proactive outreach calls (e.g., daily briefings) if you opt in to these features
Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your usage and agent configuration.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to your agent's phone number. For help, text HELP or contact us at hello@moltenflow.ai. Your information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data Storage and Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest
- Zero-knowledge credential architecture — your agent accesses services through a secure abstraction layer and never sees raw credentials
- Isolated per-tenant data storage
- Regular security assessments
Conversation transcripts are retained for the purpose of maintaining context and improving your agent's effectiveness. You may request deletion of your conversation history at any time.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share your data only in the following circumstances:
- With third-party service providers as described in Section 3, solely to operate the service
- When required by law, legal process, or government request
- To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property
